Callie, the dog star of Beacon Hill — and Instagram — passed away

My girlfriend and I love taking walks through Beacon Hill, because we're both secretly basic and it's beautiful, ok? Anybody who spends any time there would tell you one of the best parts is seeing the gorgeous pup on Acorn Street laying out as if begging for a photoshoot. 

Unfortunately, she passed away in December of 2015, so I wrote about it, because she was rather lovely and deserved all the attention she got.

Luckily, the owners have a new puppy, and she's equally as cute. Here's your daily dose of "aww."
